DX205B Masterbatch pellets can be added during compounding in a single screw extruder or added at the feed hopper during injection molding or extrusion.

When added to thermoplastic resin systems at a rate of 0.5-1.0%, the processing and flow properties of the resin are improved. This includes good mold filling, reducing extrusion torque, better internal lubrication，mold release properties, and faster discharge speed;
When added at a ratio of 1.0-3.0%, it improves the surface properties of the products and lubrication and sliding properties and the coefficient of friction is reduced and the anti-wear properties are increased;
