Silicone masterbatch is widely used in the plastic and rubber industries, especially in solving many quality problems in the sports shoe sole industry,like black line,bubbles and so on.

DX052P is a high molecular weight silicone masterbatch using PE as the carrier. DX052P is mainly used in shoe sole, and rubber material. It has better dispersibility and compatibility in plastics, while having less impact on material mechanical properties. DX052P has better demolding performance and smoothness. It also solve the problems of black line, bubble and membrane. And improve the performance of wear-resistant.

Usage

After blending DX052P and its compatible resin according to the formula ratio, it can be pelletized for molding.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry place, unopened at room temperature, with 24 months period of validity.
