Xiangxi’s range of Lubricant Agents finds application in halogen-free cables, offering material engineers a broader spectrum of formulation alternatives. These specialized products within the Xiangxi series are formulated with super-high molecular weight organosiloxane polymers featuring distinctive functional groups. They demonstrate dual internal and external lubricating properties, effectively mitigating material buildup at mold inlets and fortifying the wear resistance of cable materials.

Our Quality Management System is diligently implemented across every phase of manufacturing.Using high-molecular-weight siloxane, we employ automated measuring equipment for accurate proportioning, followed by compounding, twin-screw extrusion, and pellet cutting to ensure uniform product standards, mitigating errors stemming from manual measurement. Our adept QC team oversees the entire process, conducts meticulous sampling tests.
