Silicone lubricants DX900 is a pelletized formulation with 35% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET ). It is mainly used in PA, PC, ABS and other materials for a variety of external use of panel materials.
It has better dispersion and compatibility in plastics, and at the same time, it has less influence on the mechanical properties of the material. DX900 makes the material have better mold release performance and smooth performance, but also can improve the appearance of the product finish. It improves lubrication, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and floating fiber resistance.

How to use
Pellets can be added during compounding in a single screw extruder or added at the feed hopper during injection molding or extrusion.
Recommend dosage
열가소성 수지 시스템에 0.5-1.5%의 비율로 첨가하면 수지의 가공 및 흐름 특성이 향상됩니다. 여기에는 우수한 금형 충진, 압출 토크 감소, 내부 윤활 개선, 금형 이형 특성 및 더 빠른 배출 속도가 포함됩니다;
1.5-3.0%의 비율로 첨가하면 제품의 표면 특성과 윤활 및 미끄럼 특성이 향상되고 마찰 계수가 감소하고 내마모성이 증가합니다;
